Booking On line

The confirmation of reservations through the online booking system is direct.
If the reservation request is made by e-mail the confirmation will arrive by e-mail as well.

PAYMENTS

Reservations made by e-mail require a 30% bank transfer of the total price; all the necessary informations will be sent by e-mail confirmation from Borgo Filicaja. Using the online booking system (with a valid credit card) you don't have to pay any advance.

No cost will be charged to your credit card, which is only required to guarantee your reservation. The card can be used by Borgo Filicaja only for the collection of any penalty to be paid.
Borgo Filicaja reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the arrival, by requesting authorization to the issuer.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The price includes:
-availability of the apartment suitable for the requested type and period
-one parking space inside Borgo Filicaja (unguarded)
-towels per person (bath towel, hand, bidet), bed linen, kitchen towels (weekly change)
-water, gas, electricity,
-use of the swimming pool (from June to September)
-use of the barbecue

The price does not include:
-final cleaning € 15
-air-conditioning € 7 per day
-heating 10 € per day
-linen on request: € 5 bed linen, towels set € 4
-washing machine use fo € 4

Security deposit of 150 € per apartment, to be made on arrival, returned on leaving day.
Arrival after 4,00 pm – departure before 10,00 am. Different times can be arranged with Borgo Filicaja (by e-mail to info@borgofilicaja.com) and may cause a maximum charge of 30 €.
External guests are ammitted upon notice at the management of the Casa Vacanze Filicaja, according to the rules of the structure, it may cause a maximum charge of 50 € per person per day.

Guests are required to observe the rules of the structure.

PRIVACY
In relation to the Privacy Law, the costumer consents to the processing of personal data by Borgo Filicaja in accordance with law nr. 196/2003 and its amendments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is dictated by the interests of improving services and transparency in the relationship between guest and structure.
With the confirm of the reservation, Borgo Filicaja agrees to reserve the services for the required period (as documented by the confirmation of the online booking system or the e-mail sent from the structure).

In case of cancellation, we will apply the following penalties:
- 60 days or more before arrival: no charge
- 30 days before arrival 30% charge of the total price
- 15 days prior to arrival 60% charge of the total price
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival and no show 100% charge of the total price.
